Terms of Service

1. What Falcon is. Falcon is an invite-only TradingView indicator for NQ futures. It prints trade tickets — direction, entry, contracts, target, stop — and sends alerts. It is an information tool.

2. What Falcon is not. Falcon is not financial, investment, or trading advice, and not a money-management service. It never places orders or touches your brokerage account. Every trade you place is your own decision and your own risk. Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone; you can lose more than you deposit.

3. Performance information. Everything we publish about results — backtest figures, the live tracking window, the account simulator, the forward-test log on this website, the summaries we email, and anything posted to our social channels — is either historical, modeled, or produced in a simulated environment. None of it is a live-money trading record. None of it predicts or guarantees future results, and no representation is made that you will achieve results similar to any figure we show.

3a. Hypothetical and simulated results. Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, because the trades have not been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profit or losses similar to those shown.

3b. Whose results these are. Where results are described as ours, they are the outcome of one person trading one account under one set of rules, in a simulated funded-account environment. Your instrument, account size, drawdown limit, commissions, fills, timing and discipline will all differ. Your results will differ accordingly, and may be worse. Nothing we publish should be read as typical, expected, or achievable by you.

4. Access. Access is granted to one TradingView username per subscription, normally within a few hours of confirmation. You are responsible for submitting the correct username. Sharing, reselling, or attempting to copy, reverse-engineer, or republish the indicator or its output ends your access without refund.

5. Billing. The subscription is $99/month. Payment is by cryptocurrency (via NOWPayments) and does not auto-renew — you'll receive a payment link before each period ends. Cancel anytime by simply not paying the next invoice; access always runs to the end of the period you paid for.

6. The free week. One free trial week per person and per TradingView username. No payment details are required for it. We may decline or end trials that abuse this (duplicate accounts, sharing).

7. Service changes. We may update the indicator's logic, alerts, or these terms; material changes are announced by email. If TradingView's platform or data feeds are unavailable, alerts can be delayed or missed — plan for that possibility.

8. The daily execution log. While you have access — trial or paid — we email you a log of how we traded Falcon's own signals that session: the setups it printed, which ones we took, which we skipped and why, and the resulting profit or loss. It is sent every trading day, with weekly and monthly summaries. This is a service communication, not a newsletter: it exists so you can compare your own execution against ours and see exactly where the two diverged. Results shown are from a funded prop account that executes in a simulated environment, not a live-money account, and are subject to clauses 3, 3a and 3b above. You can stop receiving it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any of those emails, without affecting your indicator access.

8a. The public log. A summarised version of that record is also published openly on this website. The public version is a summary; the per-session detail goes to subscribers. Both are drawn from the same source record, and both are subject to clauses 3, 3a and 3b. Publishing it is not an invitation to rely on it — it exists so the claims made elsewhere on this site can be checked rather than taken on trust.

9. Educational content. Articles published on this website are general information about futures trading. They are not personalised advice, not a recommendation to trade any instrument, strategy or product, and take no account of your circumstances, objectives or financial position. Worked examples use round numbers chosen to illustrate a calculation, not to recommend a position size. Contract specifications, exchange rules and funded-account programme terms change; verify anything you intend to act on with the exchange, your broker or your programme before acting. Where an article discusses our own product, we are the vendor of that product and you should read it with that conflict of interest in mind.

10. No advisory relationship. Nothing on this website, in our emails, or on our social channels creates an advisory, fiduciary or brokerage relationship between us. We are not registered as an investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, broker or dealer in any jurisdiction, and we do not manage money or accept discretion over any account. If you need advice that accounts for your personal circumstances, seek it from someone qualified and licensed where you live.

11. Where this is offered. Falcon is offered from Saudi Arabia and is not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where offering or using it would be contrary to local law. It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that you may lawfully use it where you are.

12. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Falcon's total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for trading losses.

Privacy

What we collect. Your email address and TradingView username — that's the whole list. No names, no addresses, no tracking pixels, no ad cookies.

What we use it for. Granting and managing indicator access, subscription and renewal emails, service announcements, and the daily execution log described in the Terms. Nothing else. We never sell or share your data, and we never send you anyone else's marketing.

Payments. Payments go directly to NOWPayments — we never see or store payment credentials. Each processor's own privacy policy applies to the payment itself.

Deletion. Email us from your subscription address and we'll delete your records within 30 days (billing records are kept where the law requires).

Refund Policy

The policy: evaluate first, pay after. Your first week is free, with full access — the live strikes, the complete historical record, bar replay. You only ever pay after you've watched Falcon work on your own chart. Because of that, paid months are not refunded.

Cancelling. Cancel anytime — simply don't pay the next invoice. Access continues to the end of the period you paid for; no partial-month refunds.

The exception. If we fail to deliver access — wrong-username mixups we can't resolve, or the service is down for a substantial part of your month — we'll refund or extend that month. Just email us.
